I have a doctorate degree in naturopathic medicine, and I have found my calling in mind, body, and spirit wellness. I am a biologist, herbalist, and a certified reiki practitioner. I use therapeutic tools such as Vis Dialogue, meditation, visualization, and mindfulness practices to identify limiting beliefs, and to deepen your understanding of yourself and guide you to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
