Lilac & Celestite + Guided Meditation

Updated: Apr 23

Hello beloved ones,

Welcome back to Harmonious. It’s been a little while. I’ve missed this space—this connection, this circle of calm we’ve created together. As some of you may know, I became a mother last year… and my entire world shifted.

Motherhood has been everything and more—miraculous, disorienting, deeply humbling, and beautifully human. There were moments of stillness, and moments of chaos. There were nights I didn’t know who I was becoming, only that I was no longer who I had been. And through it all, I kept hearing this whisper: return gently. Return to yourself. Return to the work you love. Return to your rhythm… slowly, softly, as you are now.

So here I am, holding space again—with new eyes, a fuller heart, and a deeper reverence for transformation.

Lilac: The Heart’s Whisper of Renewal

Today, I want to share two gentle allies that have held me during this transition—one from the plant world, one from the crystal realm.

Let’s begin with Lilac; botanically known as Syringa vulgaris. Native to the Balkan Peninsula and a beloved sign of spring across Europe and North America, lilac belongs to the olive family. Its name, Syringa, comes from the Greek word syrinx, meaning “pipe” or “tube,” due to the plant’s hollow branches. There's also an ancient Greek myth tied to this name of the nymph Syrinx, who turned herself into reeds to escape the god Pan, giving rise to the pan flute. Lilac carries that same spirit of gentle transformation and protection.

In European folklore, lilacs were often planted near the home to ward off negative energy and invite in peace. They were believed to connect us with memory of past lives, of ancestors, of soul wisdom and their bloom was seen as a sign that renewal was not only possible, but already underway.

Medicinally, lilac was used in older herbal traditions as a fever reducer and for anti-parasitic support, though it is more often honored today for its scent and energetic qualities. Lilac soothes grief. It helps you open your heart again after sorrow. It is the soft breath after the cry, the blossom after the long winter.

And for me, in this postpartum journey, Lilac reminded me that it’s okay to bloom slowly. That beauty can be quiet. And that even when everything feels uncertain, we are still becoming.

Celestite: The Crystal of Stillness and Sky

Now, let’s move into the crystal realm with Celestite—a soft sky-blue mineral whose name comes from the Latin caelestis, meaning “heavenly.”

Celestite has an incredibly gentle, soothing vibration. It connects to the higher chakras—particularly the throat, third eye, and crown—and is often used to support angelic communication, divine connection, and deep inner peace. Holding Celestite feels like exhaling. Like remembering that you are supported—not just by people or places, but by something larger… something unseen and loving.

It quiets mental chatter, helps ease anxiety, and brings serenity to emotional overwhelm. It doesn’t force clarity—it invites it.

For me, Celestite became a companion in the foggy, tender days of early motherhood. It didn’t give me answers, but it helped me listen. It helped me trust that even if I didn’t know who I was becoming, I was safe in the becoming.

The Synergy of Lilac and Celestite

Together, Lilac and Celestite are like a lullaby for the soul.

Lilac grounds us in the emotional body—helping us feel, process, and release what’s been held too tightly. Celestite lifts us gently upward—connecting us with peace, perspective, and our highest self. One blooms in the heart. The other sings to the spirit. Their synergy is soft transformation—a pathway to let go with grace, to receive the new with peace, and to trust the in-between.

And that’s what this episode is—a soft in-between space. A sacred pause. Let’s now step into a short guided meditation… to help you release what you no longer need, accept what is, and begin welcoming what’s next.

Guided Meditation: Release, Accept, Transform

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes if you feel safe to do so. Begin by taking a deep breath in…And a gentle breath out.

Feel your body soften with each exhale. Let your shoulders drop… let your jaw unclench… let your breath find its own rhythm.

Now, imagine yourself standing in a quiet lilac garden. The air is filled with the soft scent of blossoms. The breeze is warm, and there is peace all around you. You feel safe. You feel held.

As you breathe in, feel the energy of Lilac surrounding your heart like a violet mist. Let it soothe you. Let it whisper to the parts of you that have been tired, tender, or afraid.

With each exhale, release what no longer serves. Old stories… outdated expectations… guilt… grief…Breathe them out like petals carried by the wind.

Now, above you, the sky begins to shimmer with a soft blue light. A gentle beam of Celestite energy begins to pour down through your crown, filling your body with calm. It moves through you like a quiet stream… bringing peace to your thoughts, clarity to your spirit, and spaciousness to your soul.

Let this blue light and lilac mist swirl together…Soothing, calming, clearing…Let it move through your heart, your throat, your belly…You are safe to feel. You are safe to change. You are safe to become.

Now quietly say to yourself:

I release what no longer serves me.
I accept what is.
I open to what wants to be born through me.

Stay in this space for a few more moments. Let the lilac and celestite energy integrate, filling you with grace. Feel the softness. Feel the return.

When you’re ready, begin to bring your awareness back to the room. Wiggle your fingers and toes…Take one last deep breath in…And exhale it out slowly.

Gently open your eyes. And welcome yourself back.

Thank you, my dear one, for being here today. For allowing me to return to this space with you…and for allowing yourself to rest, release, and rise again.

If this episode resonated with you, I’d love to hear your thoughts or reflections. You can always connect with me on Instagram or wherever you listen. Until next time—Stay soft. Stay open. Stay harmonious.
